As a Payroll Administrator at SUEZ recycling and recovery UK, you’ll be contributing to an ever growing established company that’s helping customers reduce their impact on the environment, conserve natural resources and reduce landfill.

About the role

What will I be doing?

  • Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for various payroll duties, including, but not limited to, liaising with depot & HR Managers, and various administration staff and employees on any queries relating to pay. In addition to dealing with government bodies such as Child Support Agency, Department of Work and Pensions and Inland Revenue on any queries relating to earnings and employment.
  • You will work closely with the other members of the payroll team and contribute to ensuring that all correspondence and administration duties associated with the role are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.

What are the requirements?

  • You must be able to demonstrate excellent time management skills and must be able to work to strict deadlines, under pressure and have the ability to prioritise workload and changing demands effectively. Working as part of a strong team, you will also be expected to assist when and where required within department.
  • You must also be able to demonstrate a high level of competence with Microsoft Excel and Word.
