About the Role

  • You will be working 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 1600pm however flexibility around these start and finish times is required to meet site needs. No requirement to work weekends or bank holidays.
  • You will be responsible for delivering mobile plant training to support sites in the central region.
  • You will earn between £28,718 - £32,000 plus up to 10% bonus, company car or car allowance and many other SUEZ benefits such as shop discounts, gym flex and much more!

 

 

About the role

What will I be doing?

  • Delivering accredited mobile plant training to both experienced and inexperienced operators, ensuring they are competent to operate within your sites
  • Reviewing training material as part of continuous improvement
  • Deliver all required training to the accredited standard
  • Deliver online based Mobile Plant Management training to all divisions
  • Completing additional role objectives to enhance the offerings from the team
  • Attending periodic team meetings online or face to face.
  • Managing your calendar for both direct and indirect training requests
  • Engage with delegates during training and promoting our business ethics, principles and culture.
  • Engage with site management and operators as a support function, build strong relations with positive interactions and guidance.

What are the Requirements?

  • We are looking for someone with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills along with demonstrable computer skills across all main packages (word, excel, power point, teams).
  • A full driving licence is required with an expectation of travelling some 20000 miles per annum.
  • Must be self-motivated with the ability to remain flexible and engaging to maximise any training offer to support the sites.
  • Experience in operating mobile plant is essential. Experience in delivering presentations or training is preferable but full training will be given to a successful candidate.
