Summary of vacancy

Asset Care is a service offer developed by WTS to response to specific industrial and municipal customer needs in terms of process water and wastewater. 

This type of offer is specifically aimed for customers with needs in services, maintenance, technical assistance, spare parts, small (upgrade / refurbishment) projects and supply of modular equipment utilising WTS core products and technologies.

You will report directly to the Asset Care Manager for the NEU Region - with the mission of contributing to increase the region's margin and income through the Asset Care activity with a particular focus on modular solutions. 

You will be functionally attached to the European Asset Care Department. 

About the role

What Will I be doing?

•    With the support of the European Asset Care department, estimate and produce Asset Care proposals associated with the leads detected at existing customers or new customers. The primary focus of this role is modular solutions; 
•    Develop the supply, execution and production of modular units in co-construction within the region;
•    Build a network of strategic partners internally with the SUEZ or WTS Product team, or with suppliers as required;
•    Ensure the relevance, profitability and safety of modular units in the design and execution phase;
•    Integrate the delivery of modular solutions within the WTS workshops and / or find external partners.
•    Develop the Quality procedures for each step of this offer in conjunction with the QMS team;
•    Ensure the fulfillment of the Asset Care orders; 
•    Ensure the coordination of Asset Care activity across the defined area; 
•    Ensure the organization and execution of works; 
•    Ensure budget monitoring of its managed activity (orders made); 
•    Work closely with the Service teams in the region and the commercial teams as needed for Asset Care development; 
•    Support the NEU asset care team as required to develop and safely deliver opportunities;
•    Work in synergy with the European Asset Care team to ensure the aligned of strategy and get support from transversal services (commercial engineers, Products team…); 
•    Respect, apply and enforce the policies, processes and procedures of the company and especially the rules of hygiene, safety, quality and environment 

What are the requirements?

•    Qualified to degree level; Mechanical Engineering 
•    Proven experience in project management: planning, communication / discussions, budget, costing, reporting.
•    Good technical skills in water and wastewater treatment and process water treatment; 
•    Knowledge of industrial risks and risks related to water treatment in industry; Work and Service Experience;  
•    Project Management skills - Scheduling / Subcontractor Management; 
•    The ability to work with rigor, autonomy, initiative, organization and a methodical approach; 
•    Sense of customer service;  
•    Cross-functional teamwork;
