As a Key Account Executive at SUEZ recycling and recovery UK, you’ll be contributing to an ever growing established company that’s helping customers reduce their impact on the environment, conserve natural resources and reduce landfill.

About the role

What will I be doing?

  • We’ll look to you to support the management of our Key Account based at Kings College Hospital London. You'll be – handling complex requests and acting as a key contact, while observing industry regulations. It’s a chance to make the most of your relationship-building skills, not just externally, but within SUEZ recycling and recovery UK too.
  • You'll be managing the waste requirements for the hospital and our clients, driving waste reduction, increasing recycling and offering sustainable innovation and solutions.
  • You'll be running innovation meetings through various stakeholders on site and chairing meetings and leading on projects.
  • You'll be great at pulling together complex information in a user friendly manner and have an engaging and selling presentation style to bring clients on the journey with you.
  • You’ll build great links with staff internally, so that any issues can be resolved quickly. That way, you’ll provide outstanding customer service that goes over and above.
  • You'll be based on site at Kings College Hospital with some requirement to travel to Royal Surrey Hospital and Darent Valley Hospital. For which you ware provided with the option of a generous car allowance or company car.

What are the requirements?

  • Ideally, you already have some experience in a junior account management or customer services role. Whatever your background, you’ll enjoy working with clients and making sure they get the best. You’ll also be used to managing service levels, maximising profits and creating a great customer experience. 
  • You must have an analytical nature and enjoy working with data, using your intermediate MS office skills.
  • Knowledge of the UK waste and resource industry would be an advantage, but it’s a gift for customer care that counts.
  • Due to the location of the offices and the flexible nature of the role, occasional travel and a full UK driving licence is required.
