We are the SUEZ WTS Digital Applications & Technology team. We create and support digital solutions that cater to the needs of internal and external customers. As a global team we collaborate to provide cutting-edge solutions to solve our customer's problems.

The Business Excellence Leader will focus on improving business system efficiency and effectiveness through technology. A successful candidate will support our business excellence goals, devising, and executing our customer lifecycle management (CLM) vision and roadmap. The role will work collaboratively with our salesforce effectiveness, process engineering, and digital/IT teams to scale up new solutions across the organization.

About the role

Responsibilities will include:


•    Define a customer lifecycle management (CLM) vision and execute a strategy for improving commercial and engineering productivity using digital tools.
•    Develop and scale portfolios of engineering and commercial tools for the global business P&Ls: Engineered Systems (ES) and Chemical & Monitoring Solutions (CMS). 
•    Provide project management leadership and rigor, providing clarity of purpose, decision support, risk mitigation plans, etc.
•    Manage a team of portfolio leaders to gather, rationalize, and prioritize user requirements.
•    Adhere to Agile methodologies and maintain a user-centric development approach. 
•    Define team-level objectives & key results (OKRs) and track & communicate associated performance KPIs.
•    Provide regular updates to senior management on project execution and business impact metrics. 
•    Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including business and support functions (commercial, engineering, customer care, IT, etc.) to enable technical delivery and drive user adoption.
•    Evaluate, select, and manage 3rd party solution providers and development partners to ensure high quality delivery and budgetary compliance.

SUEZ Water Technologies & Solutions is seeking a thoughtful, dedicated professional with the right skillsets, mindset, and behaviour to contribute to the continued evolution of our Global Procurement function.  

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate the following attributes:
 
Required:
•    Bachelor's Degree from accredited college or university
•    Significant commercial & engineering experience or related industry
•    Minimum of 5 years of Program Management or related function 
•    Hands-on experience implementing Oracle CPQ platform in a multi-national B2B company
•    Ability to work autonomously and drive project delivery and budgetary milestones 
•    Demonstrated team leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills

Desired:
•    Inquiry to remittance (ITR) process experience
•    Knowledge and experience in using, planning, deploying & supporting CRM/CPQ platforms (e.g., SFDC, Oracle CPQ, SAP, etc.)
•    Clear, strategic, and critical thinker; proven experience in translating strategies into actionable plans
•    Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a complex, global, unique and sometimes ambiguous environment 
•    Demonstrated ability able to influence and communicate well with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership
•    Proven mentoring and coaching abilities and demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire others 
•    Agile development / lean management training and experience
•    Change agent with energy, passion & enthusiasm to drive change
•    Inclusive leadership style, proven ability to build a connection with the team through personal involvement and trust
