About the role

The Training coordinator will be responsible for coordinating & facilitating training across Europe, including technical programs centred around our Engineered Systems portfolio and aligned with our business strategy.

What will I be doing?

• Support the Learning & Development (L&D) team with coordination, planning, and administration of training programs
• Coordinate and facilitate training and development needs within WTS
• Specifically, but not exclusively, develop and facilitate technical training programs for Engineered Solutions (ES), in particular ES Services Europe to ensure the fulfilment of WTS obligations as well as providing foundations for growth in line with the ES Services Global Strategy;
• Provide technical input into strategies for the development of training and associated competencies.
• Monitor and manage training and development budgets and ensure they are incorporated into relevant business plans.
• Demonstrate and promote safety in all aspects of the Company’s business;
• Responsible for the compliance to company policies and procedures, and legislative requirements and acting as a role model for the Company’s values and behaviours;

What are the requirements?

Qualifications required to do this role:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Chemical, Mechanical, Process Engineering or Science or equivalent

Minimum Experience & Skills required:
• Experience or interest in managing and delivering training;
• Technical understanding of water treatment technologies;
• At least 5+ years in the water or related industry;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Fluent spoken and written English;
• Project coordination / management skills;
• Data Management skills;
• Excel proficiency;
• Commercial and technical awareness and ability or interest to develop training aligned with business strategies;
• Networking skills (internal & external);
• The ability to influence stakeholders;
• Structured approach to problem-solving;
• Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

Desired Experience & Skills:
• Experience in Learning Management Systems (LMS);
• Knowledge of any other European language;
• Technical understanding of the WTS ES Portfolio;
