Do you have experience of retaining business? Do you have a flair for building relationships with your clients?

If so, then we want to hear from you. Retaining our business is as important as winning new contracts. We are looking to increase customer engagement to ensure we retain business at  the contract renewal. With your strategic thinking, which will complement our existing account management structure, we will ensure our customers receive the most cost effective tailored solutions when their contract is renewed.

About the role

What will I be doing?

  • We have some great services to offer, and we want you to ensure our customers are aware of them prior to contract renewal.That means spotting development opportunities and making sure SUEZ recycling and recovery UK, is viewed as a strategic partner at the re-bid or re-tender process stage.
  • You will be developing tailored responses and giving client presentations that will result in SUEZ retaining and delivering more services to our customers.

What are the requirements?

  • You will have a track record of developing large customers (annualised value of c75K - £1M) therefore you will be financially aware and commercially astute.
  • You will have worked in a senior sales role before and know how to deliver high service levels, create a great customer experience and manage expectations whilst maximising profits.
  • You will preferably have sound knowledge of the UK waste and resource management industry, but it is not essential, as industry training can be given.
  • Whowever, strong demonstrable sales and account management experience and previous success is a must have.
