Here at SUEZ Recycling and Recovery UK we have an opportunity for an experienced multisite HR Manager to join our amazing HR team. You will provide HR support to around 1400 members of staff across 63 different locations from Lancashire to Newcastle to Aberdeen.

The role

This is a Hybrid role, where you manage your own diary, but you will need to be flexible for travel to sites across the North of the United Kingdom. In return, we offer a salary from £55,000 Plus Car/Car Allowance (from £8,400) , up to 20% Bonus, Healthcare, Pension.

You will be leading your team within the North HR Operations Team, you will interact with a broad spectrum of stakeholders to provide operational and strategic HR advice and guidance on all people issues. You will need to be well rounded, employee relations focused and thrive in a fast paced environment.

You will be, ideally, level 7 CIPD qualified or have an appropriate degree/higher qualification. Experience of managing TUPE transfers, a unionised workforce and everything from Talent Management to disciplinaries. You will need to have attention to detail, be comfortable with data and have excellent stakeholder management skills.
