About the Role
- Offered on a PERMANENT / FULL TIME BASIS.
- Based at our offices in Sittingbourne on site 5 days per week - this is NOT a hybrid role
- £33,911 per year + 3% Bonus + Benefits

What will I be doing as a Recruitment Consultant / Resourcing Assistant?
- We are looking for an experienced Resourcer / Recruiter to join our in house talent acquisition team to cover our new base at Sittingbourne.
- You will be responsible for all the recruitment requirements in Kent - this will include Drivers / Loaders and support teams.
What are the requirements? (experience and qualifications)
- Minimum 2 years recruitment experience
- Good service within agency or in-house
- Blue collar recruitment experience is desirable.
- Headhunting experience - use Linked in projects and able to CV source.
- Strong communicator – stakeholder management
- A CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualification would be desirable, but not essential.
