You will be based for our Regional Offices in Darwen, Lancashire for 37.5 hours per week with a salary from £22,260 plus bonus, pension.

About the role

What will I be doing?

You will be making outbound calls to existing clients and administrate compliance documents onto our system. 

  • PC based – excel, CLEAR, Microsoft suite, Salesforce
    • Ideally would have previous experience working in an administration role
    • Mathematically competent - comfortable with Excel (doesn’t need to be expert)
    • Accuracy
    • Highly organised
    • Data input
    • Duty Of Care management (legal requirement so attention to detail)
    • Invoice queries (problem solving)
    • Supplier and customer
  • Methodical – some tasks can be monotonous/repetitive
  • Analytical – some tasks will need to have attention to detail – account based when looking at figures on invoices, for example
