You will be based for our Regional Offices in Darwen, Lancashire for 37.5 hours per week with a salary from £22,260 plus bonus, pension.

About the role

What will I be doing?

Whenever our customers need to talk to us, you’ll be the person they speak to. In fact, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients and customers in your region, dealing with requests, queries and tasks large and small.

  • Telephones (Daily handling of Customer enquiries and queries) – must have a good telephone manner
  • Good use of PC – Salesforce, CLEAR, Microsoft suite
  • Customer service – communication, enquiries,
    • Missed services
    • New/additional services
  • Problem solver – investigating queries
  • Methodical – need to be able to work through the problem, step-by-step and find resolution
