As an MRF Shift Supervisor at SUEZ recycling and recovery UK, you’ll be contributing to an ever growing established company that’s helping customers reduce their impact on the environment, conserve natural resources and reduce landfill.About the Role
- Rotating weeks, Week 1 06:00 – 14:00 Week 2 14:00 – 00:00
- Saturdays are overtime as required.
- 42 hours per week.

What will I be doing?
- The ability to supervise a small team similar supervisory experience is essential.
- Health and Safety qualification would be beneficial (IOSH), but not essential as training will be provided
- A track record of delivering against KPI's
- Understand the need to operate in a compliant manner
- Experience of operating a counterbalance fork lift truck is desirable
- Qualifications held in First Aid and COTC would be an advantage, but not essential
- Experience of working in the recycling or waste industry is desirable, but not essential
- Reliability, punctuality and a positive attitude to learning new skills are also essential

- Supervisory experience
- Previous experience of supervising MRF shifts
