We are a multi national energy, recycling and resource management company and we have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Head of Sales Manager, within our customer facing I&C business covering the North (North East, North West and Scotland) area, who can shape and deliver a challenging growth plan to achieve year-on-year growth and success.

The package for this role is up to 100K  - Salary up to £76,941 Plus Car/Allowance (£10,155), up to 20% Bonus, Healthcare, 10% Employer Pension. 

About the role

What will I be doing?

You will utilise your accomplishments, experience and drive, within industry, to maximise sales in all current streams and develop a challenging growth plan to achieve the goals set by SUEZ Board.

You will be responsible for creating, developing, deploying and delivering the North Regional Sales Strategy identifying existing areas of strength as well as new business opportunities. You will lead and take pro-active ownership for the Field Sales and Business Development Teams to enhance skills and maximise performance.

What are the requirements?

You are a creative, truly accomplished, talented, commercially focused and driven Regional Head of Sales Manager with a proven background within the recycling and resource industry, or high-volume  B2B service industries. Reporting to the Regional General Manager,  this is no role for a beginner, you will have a depth of knowledge that you are keen to share with your team to ensure that they grow the business under your direction. You will be a leader who recognises the key balance between commercial excellence, customer delivery, and team leadership. You will be a creative writer with excellent communication skills, you will have a  proven background in leading teams, creating and deploying strategy and delivery of growth sales targets.
