About the role

What will I be doing?

  • To assist the Hub Manager to manage the Regional Customer Hub, Customer Service Department, which is responsible for answering all calls and cases from the South East customer portfolio. 
  • Dealing with all customer enquiries and complaints in a friendly and professional way, ensuring that they are logged and forwarded to the correct personnel within the company. 
  • Supervision, training, and responsibility for 6 members of staff

What are the requirements?

  • Previous supervisory experience, preferably in a Customer Service environment, or management of a Call Centre. 
  • Excellent conversational English, with an aptitude for conflict management
  • Accurate at recording complaints and liaising with internal and external customers
  • Ability to prioritise workflow for the Team to ensure all Hub work is covered alongside answering calls
  • A flair for customer service.  A will to ensure that customers receive the best possible service, and look to continuously improve it
  • Strong emotional intelligence. A "people person"
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Effective team player and motivator
