The salary for this position is from £40,260 - 47,225 plus up to 10% bonus, Car/Allowance, healthcare, pension

 

About the role

What will I be doing?


•    Within in the NW (Lancashire & Merseyside) we have numerous contractual arrangements and agreements which need close management, and also interpretation for our operational teams. Our contractual obligations need to be summarised and highlighted to ensure both compliance and correct delivery of service.

•    As a key member of the team, you will also be involved in the development of new agreements and looking to better negotiate our current position for existing and future contracts. Our production business is diverse, you will be supporting teams from the whole of the region. This is a hands-on role, working with the operational teams to find the optimal solution to meet our contractual obligations and our operational compliance.
•    Based within the NW region, location to be discussed with the successful candidate

What are the requirements?

•    Reporting to the Regional Manager, this role requires the incumbent to understand our contractual obligations and agreements in an operational context. Ideally you would have been working in an operational and contractual environment in recent years and been working alongside your customers and colleagues to ensure a correct understanding.

•    The ability to prepare concise contract summaries, provide contractual overviews to management teams, along with identifying, understanding and quantifying risk and summarising appropriately to the production business will be key to your success in this role.
