About the Role

  • Based FULL TIME at Kings College Hospital, London - this is NOT a hybrid role
  • £35,000 per year + Car / Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits
About the role

What will I be doing?

To develop and promote client relationships through :

  • Ensuring contractual undertakings are met through daily operational management.
  • Working closely with client to meet shared commercial and environmental objectives utilising a KPI structured path to continuous improvement.
  • Identifying and developing opportunities for improvements in sustainability, commercial efficiency, Health and Safety and innovation.
  • Promoting sound administration to facilitate transparency and integrity.
  • Maintaining safety at work and all other relevant operational legislative responsibilities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through service excellence
  • Manage-on site contract resource including People, Equipment & Vehicles, as appropriate
    • Manage, motivate  & develop people
    • Maintain equipment
    • Maintain vehicles

What are the requirements?

  • Ideally, you already have some experience in a junior account management or  customer services role. Whatever your background, you’ll enjoy working with clients and making sure they get the best.
  • You must have an analytical nature and enjoy working with data, using your intermediate MS office skills.
  • Knowledge of the UK waste and resource industry would be an advantage, but it’s a gift for customer care that counts.
  • Occasional travel is required within the region.
