Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for sales? We’re seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to oversee and support our inside sales representatives team. In this role, you’ll monitor sales metrics, manage the entire sales administration process, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth.

The salary for this role is from £41,870 - £49,114 Plus Bonus, Car/Allowance, Private Healthcare, Pension.

What will I be doing?

  • Lead, mentor and build a team of inside sales representatives.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to exceed targets.
  • Streamline sales processes and ensure efficient administration.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimise lead generation.
  • Foster a positive team culture and drive motivation.

What are the requirements?

  • Proven track record in inside sales or related roles.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
