What will I be doing?
- Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, the Communications Executive (Brand) is responsible for overseeing and completing design and brand projects and projects requiring a design or brand element for the business.
- They will have designated areas of responsibility within the design portfolio including small to mid-sized projects that come into the team, presentations, web and intranet editing, document formatting and proofing, design of materials and proofing and checking brand compliance of supplier produced collateral.
- The Communications Executive (Brand) will work on a range of print, digital/electronic and formatting projects.
- On each project the Communications Executive (Brand) will be responsible for working on a concept from the brief; overseeing the design development and detailing; ensuring this aligns with the internal or external client's expectations whilst remaining in line with the SUEZ brand strategy and company guidelines.
- Depending on the project they will either oversee and work with a design agency on the design elements or undertake the design work themselves.
- They will work on design projects for internal departments and provide solutions for their new business campaigns, internal communications and external customer needs. Examples include: presentations, materials and communications for internal customers, internal campaigns and projects to reach internal audiences.
- They will also work on small to mid-scale campaigns and the execution of marketing tools and client materials.
- The Communications Executive (Brand) will also have the opportunity to support on corporate photography projects as required.
What are the requirements?
- The right candidate should have an eye for detail as well as an interest in brand and some technical knowledge of design.
- A good understanding of Microsoft programmes (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) and producing and amending within these programmes.
- They will need project management skills, problem solving skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
- Well developed briefing and proofing skills.
- An interest in photography.
