LGV Driver – Kensington & Chelsea

About the Role
Location: Kensington & ChelseaHours: 38.75 per week
Salary: £20.23 per hour (£40,912.29 per annum)
Contract: Full-time, permanent
We offer two working patterns:- 5 days per week (Monday–Friday), 06:30–15:15
- 4 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday), 06:30–17:15
Both patterns include a 1‑hour unpaid lunch break. Shifts may vary depending on business needs, and you’ll always receive advance notice.
Regular overtime is available, and some bank holiday working is required.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Driving and operating LGV vehicles to collect household and commercial waste and recycling.
- Delivering a high standard of service to residents, businesses, and the local community.
- Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety procedures—both SUEZ’s and our customers’.
- Working collaboratively with your crew to complete daily routes efficiently.
- Supporting SUEZ’s commitment to sustainability and responsible resource management.
What We’re Looking For
- A passion for professional driving and delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑focused approach.
- A valid LGV Class 2 licence and CPC card (essential).
- Experience in the waste industry (desirable but not essential).
- Reliability, professionalism, and a commitment to safety.
