Customer Relations Executive

Join SUEZ as a Customer Relations Executive in Landor Street and play a key role in building positive, long-term customer partnerships within the environmental and sustainability sector.

Base Salary: £32,291
Benefits: up to 10% annual bonus, 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, 3 x life assurance policy, flexible hours/working arrangements available on request 
Location: Birmingham (hybrid 3 x per week in office, 2 days WFH) 
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (part time options available on request) 

Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle required due to occasional travel across the Central Region.

About the role

What will I be doing as a Customer Relations Executive?

  • Your challenge will be to develop and grow our customer portfolio, making sure existing clients are happy, new clients come on board and net margin improvement is achieved.
  • You’ll report to the Customer Retentions Manager and tackle several key tasks: building strong, trusting relationships with customers and maintaining good links with our operational partners.
  • You would also focus on customer retention and managing churn levels.
  • We’ll also expect you to make sure any new customer is brought on board professionally, with new business implemented smoothly.

What are the requirements?

  • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Computer-literate with confidence using digital systems and data
  • Experience or interest in customer retention, sales or account management
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
