What will I be doing as a Production Operative?

  • Working with our wide range of water treatment equipment, to guarantee best quality for our customers, responsibilities will include:
  • Maintaining the quality of all the products being processed within your shift.
  • Ensuring all products or rework are processed in a timely and effective manner.
  • Accurately understanding and adhering to all documentation, completing related production and quality control paperwork daily.
  • Ensure all duties are performed in a safe manner within the site rules and current health & safety legislation.

The desire to take on new tasks is important to us so we would particularly value applicants with, or willing to gain, a counterbalance forklift or C+E articulated truck licence, as well as those with, or willing to gain, a qualification in First Aid.

If you have a good eye for detail and excellent people skills, with a willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibility, can you also demonstrate:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced & changing environment
  • Able to follow detailed instruction and process assigned tasks in a time effective manner
  • Good numeracy skills & some computer skills
  • Able to perform in a safe and efficient manner
