About the role

Are you an experienced team coordinator with excellent IT skills from a commercial / customer services background?

We are looking for a Commercial Support Manager to manager our sales and customer support team in the South East.


Key responsibilities are:

To manage the office based sales and customer support team to deliver excellent customer service to all prospective, new and existing customers

To manage all Customer queries to minimise the quantity and outstanding value across all depots within the region

To ensure that detailed customer knowledge is obtained and validated in order for the business to actively promote itself in existing and strategic operational areas

To ensure contact centre KPIs are met (call volume, call duration, response rates, quality etc.)


Ideally you will have a strong administrative background in a commercially focussed sales or customer services industry.

Experience of managing your own workload and ensuring deadlines are met.  Waste industry experience would be desirable but not essential
