What will you be doing as a Lead Plant Operative?

Working with our wide range of water treatment equipment, to guarantee best quality for our customers, responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining the quality of all membrane equipment products being processed, primarily revered osmosis or other membrane filtration type of equipment (RO, EDI, ED, UF)
  • Teaching/coaching other operators about the equipment and procedure
  • Ensuring all products or rework are processed in a timely and effective manner
  • To ensure that any documents are read, understood and followed precisely, completing production and quality control paperwork
  • Working in a safe manner within the site rules & current health and safety legislation.

The desire to take on new tasks is important to us so we would particularly value applicants with, or willing to gain, a counterbalance forklift or C+E articulated truck licence, as well as those with, or willing to gain, a qualification in First Aid.

If you have the knowledge and background in relevant water treatment equipment, to be able to train and mentor new plant operatives, we'd like to hear from you. You will also have the opportunity to learn new skills and take on additional responsibility, but must be able to demonstrate:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced & changing environment
  • Able to follow detailed instruction and process assigned tasks in a time effective manner
  • Good numeracy skills & some computer skills
  • Able to perform in a safe and efficient manner.
