As a Maintenance Technician at SUEZ Industrial Water, a division of SUEZ Water Technologies and Solutions UK, you’ll be part of a team that provides a holistic service in the water industry. We are committed to helping customers reduce their impact on the environment and maximising the return on their investments. 

Based in Immingham, Lincolnshire, the Maintenance Technician will be responsible for delivering front line instrumentation, planned preventative and breakdown maintenance on the water treatment plant systems located at Immingham.


About the role

What will I be doing?

  • The role will include working closely with, and supporting projects, build operate and own and mobile maintenance elements within the business.
  • You will also be required to assist with mechanical maintenance within the contract.
  • You will continually look to improve methods, systems, health and safety. You will identify faults, evaluate rectification measures and make initial recommendations, in order to carry out basic and/or complex repairs. 
  • You’ll interpret advanced technical literature and drawings to affect those repairs.

What are the requirements?

  • You should have previous experience as an Instrument Technician and have extensive experience of carrying out all aspects of an instrumentation planned maintenance with operational and maintenance knowledge of water and effluent treatment plants.
  • You should have a high level of problem solving/fault finding skills and have good interpersonal skills, able to liaise with multiple commercial/technical internal and external contacts.
