As an Operations Administrator at SUEZ recycling and recovery UK, you’ll be contributing to an ever growing established company that’s helping customers reduce their impact on the environment, conserve natural resources and reduce landfill.

what will I be doing?

Key responsibilities of the role include ensuring effective, professional and accurate administration to support processing activities. You will be the first point of contact for external and internal enquiries be able to resolve queries effectively. You will look after the filing system and ensure that all documents are filed correctly. You will process payroll for the site, raise & receive purchase orders & ensure sufficient levels of consumable stocks for the office are maintained & controlled.

What are the requirements?

We are looking for an individual with previous administration experience.

The successful candidate will also be able to identify and implement improvements to administrative systems as agreed with the site Management. We are looking for an individual that works accurately and can demonstrate good attention to detail. You need to be computer literate and understand how to use databases.
