You will be required to work a shift pattern between the hours of 06:00am and 00:30am (flexible), totalling 40 - 42.5 hours per week.

About the role

What will I be doing as a Site Supervisor?

To take full responsibility of the shift in terms of management of staff, management of production and quality targets and to ensure the smooth running of the production processes.

To take full responsibility of the quality and product that is produced within the shift in line with the companies quality systems, processes and procedures.

Monitor, measure and report on production related process performance, general issues, inputting data into various templates

All employees are responsible for ensuring company resources are used in an effective manner to ensure best operating costs.

Be able to make appropriate decisions while following the company’s organisational structure.

What are the requirements? (Experience and Qualifications)

Supervisor experience is required and ideally within a recycling/waste management environment. You'll need to be computer literate. An IOSH would be beneficial but we would support you and train you to gain an IOSH qualification. A wealth of training will be provided for the right candidate looking to progress their career. Training includes Mobile plant , manual handling, H&S qualifications.
