About the role

What will I be doing?

  • Working as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
  • Making sure profit margin is in line with regional and budget expectations when re-negotiating with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • To manage customer enquiries through telephone and e communication and liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders within agreed SLA's
  • Date entry for external transactions to ensure accurate billing of customers.
  • Liaise with functional departments that may impact on customer relations / retention.
  • Dealing with both supplier and customer queries with investigations on service, pricing disputes.
  • Arranging mobilisation and demobilisation of contracts with suppliers in line with contract end dates

What are the Requirements?

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service role.
  • Computer skills (MS, Excel, Word).
  • Experience of managing service levels, creating positive customer experience whilst managing expectations, maximising customer loyalty and profit levels.
