About the role

What will I be doing?

  • To provide front line full employee life cycle process administration, supporting with the daily operational activities and duties of the HR Shared Services team, delivering a first-class service to support the delivery of the People Strategy
  • To take ownership of all employee onboarding and off-boarding including employee changes throughout the whole employee life cycle to support the attraction, recruitment, reward and retention of our people.
  • To provide support to the ‘back office’ side of the HRIS system by ensuring the accuracy of data, report running, basic data collection and data presentation

What are the requirements?

  • Excellent Administration experience within a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience of data entry/working with data and numbers an advantage
  • Understanding of HR Databases and system administration duties
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees
  • Multi-tasking and organisational skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Engagement
  • Work on own initiative
  • Good attention to detail
  • Basic experience of MS office, including excel an advantage
