About the Role
- Role starts in SEPTEMBER 2024
- There is travel expected in this role and nights away from home - around the North West - You are provided with a company car. or car allowance
- Role is offered on a 24 month basis - incorporating 6 x 3-4 month work placements. These may be in any of the region detailed above.
- In the North region we have a wide variety of business areas that you will be working within in order to gain a comprehensive understanding of how SUEZ works within the waste management sector. This will include Industrial and Commercial (I&C), Municipal and PFI.
- £27,560 + Company Car / Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits
- You must have the right to work in the UK.

What will you be doing?
- You will be working within the Operations Team in the North region, undertaking a 24 month work rotation with 6 x 3-4 month placements.
- Throughout these diverse assignments you will learn about different teams and roles; you will also be given individual support from a holistic support network (a HR contact, your mentor and your line manager).
- This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your knowledge and competency in the waste industry and join our talent pipeline of SUEZ future leaders.
What are the Requirements?
- Graduated within the last 3 years in a relevant subject.
- Full UK driving license
- Willing to travel within the regions detailed above - and also to spend some nights away from home.
- Willing to relocate within the North West region - if not already located here.
- Ideally you will already have some work experience through an industrial placement or summer placement to underpin your exceptional academic record.
- The will to succeed and to progress.
- You must have strong written and oral communication skills
- A keen eye for detail.
- Excellent commercial and financial acumen
- Formidable leadership qualities.
