Are you experienced working with Excel in a financial setting and looking to progress your career as an Accounts Payable Administrator? If so, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
What you’ll do:
As an accounts payable administrator at SUEZ, you will be a key figure working in our large fast-paced accounts payable department. You will be responsible for managing and processing invoices, ensuring timely payments to vendors, reconciling accounts, and utilizing your strong Excel skills to maintain financial records.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Checking accuracy and validity of expense claims.
- Liaise with internal teams and Vendors to address queries, resolve disputes and maintain positive relationships.
- Extraction and interrogation of data from multiple transactional systems.
- Reporting Analysis and error handling from Operating systems.
- Supporting the manager with any additional duties within your job role, ie; Payment Practice Reports
Salary: £27,417.00
Location: Weston-Super-Mare
Working hours: Monday - Friday

What you’ll need to apply:
Essential:
- Good basic arithmetic skills and must be comfortable working with numerical data.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft office skills particularly outlook and Excel.
Desirable:
- Experience working with SAP.
- AAT qualified or working towards.
- Knowledge of Coupa.
