About the role

What will I be doing?

  • To provide application and system support for the Suez business services, including support, ongoing maintenance and administration
  • Act as second line support for application and system incidents and requests
  • Manage security and control of access to all core business applications and sensitive data
  • Work with vendors and suppliers to provide solutions to incidents and requests
  • Manage and implement changes to business applications
  • Support system interfaces between key operational applications

What are the requirements?

  • Minimum of 1 years' experience in IT Application Administration
  • Ability to communicate complex issues with clarity
  • Experience of managing the day to day tasks and ensuring queues for both problem, incident and request are monitored effectively
  • An understanding of complex technical environments and the technologies used for business applications
  • Knowledge of web, database, data reporting, identify & access, virtualisation, mobile technologies and scripting technologies
  • Customer facing skills via phone, email and remote assistance
