About The Role

  • Salary £29,598.40 per annum / £14.23 per hour
  • Working 40 hours per week
  • Tuesday – Friday, 06:30am - 17:00pm
  • Full PPE Provided
About the role

What will I be doing?

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Maldon. The role will involve driving and operating a fleet of brand-new vehicles collecting household waste and recycling from the residents delivering a high standard of service and ensuring compliance with our Health and Safety rules at all times.

What are the requirements?

  • Applicants must be able to demonstrate a passion for professional driving coupled with good communication skills and a willingness to take the lead and be part of a successful hardworking team delivering a high level of customer service
  • An LGV Category C licence as well as a valid CPC card are essential
  • Experience of working in the waste industry is desirable, however is not essential
  • Experience of working with Stillage Vehicles – Kerbside Loaders and RCV is desirable but not essential as training will be given where necessary
