As an Apprentice Business Administrator at SUEZ, Recycling and Recovery UK, you’ll support the social value plan for Greater Manchester, which creates social, economic and environmental benefits for the community. You will also perform general administration duties.

About The Role
Location: Bolton
Salary £23,480.37 per annum
Working pattern: Monday to Friday 9am-5.00pm

What will I be doing?
- Provide general administrative support to deliver the social value and sustainability commitments, including MS teams calls, responding to emails, filing documents, and gathering notes during meetings and uploading data to the correct systems.
- Assist in coordinating social value activities, including scheduling meetings, tracking project timelines and deliverables, and preparing project reports
- Effective communication; evidence, monitor and report on the performance relating to environmental and social value
- Support with creation and delivery of educational and careers workshops in the community
- Work with colleagues to collect monthly information and figures
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders as required and attend client meetings.
What are the requirements/qualifications?
Ideally the job holder will have some previous administration experience and must be computer literate; able to use databases and Microsoft Office to at least an intermediate level
GCSE Maths and English Language at Grade C or above.
Excellent communication and listening skills
They will be required to complete tasks to deadlines in a busy environment and have excellent organisational skills.
Some experience of problem solving and dealing with internal and external customers helpfully and courteously would also be advantageous.
Work well as part of a team but can also work on their own using their own initiative
