As an Apprentice Business Administrator at SUEZ, Recycling and Recovery UK, you’ll support the business in several areas, including customer services and mobilisation. You will also perform general administration duties.

Our Business Administration Apprenticeship roles are offering the candidate a great opportunity to learn and develop with SUEZ as a company.

About The role

Location: Higher Swan Lane

  • Salary £23,480.37 per annum / £12.00 per hour
  • Working 37.5 hour per week
  • Monday - Friday 08:00 to 16:00
  • Level 3 Apprenticeship for Business Administration

 

About the role

What will I be doing?

  • Large volumes of data inputting, approximately 80% of the time of your working day, in a fast paced environment.
  • Ensuring data is accurate by carrying out regular check.
  • Working towards very tight deadlines e.g. month end.
  • Using SUEZ in-house database and systems.
  • Updating and creating spreadsheets.
  • Running reports.
  • Chasing 3rd parties for data.
  • Reconciling data between SUEZ system and 3rd parties data.
  • Dealing with telephone and email enquires.
  • General admin duties.
  • Dealing with the post.
  • Attending regular team meetings.

What are the requirements/qualifications?

  • Ideally the job holder will have some previous administration experience and must be computer literate; able to use databases and Microsoft Office to at least an intermediate level
  • Must have - GCSE Maths and English Language at Grade C or above.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • They will be required to complete tasks to deadlines in a busy environment and have excellent organisational skills.
  • Some experience of problem solving and dealing with internal and external customers helpfully and courteously would also be advantageous.
  • Work well as part of a team but can also work on their own using their own initiative
