As a Senior Business Analyst at SUEZ recycling and recovery UK, you’ll be contributing to an ever growing established company that’s helping customers reduce their impact on the environment, conserve natural resources and reduce landfill.
The salary for this position is up to £58,000 Plus Car/Allowance ( £8,640) up to 20% Bonus, Healthcare, Pension

What will I be doing?
You will be joining the Project Management team and as a Senior Business Analyst you will provide business analysis services to the business during projects and pre-project activities. To succeed in this role you will:
- Lead or participate in multiple projects owning various project documentation, managing scope, determining daily priorities.
- Manage customer relationships and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide leadership to team members and peers.
- Support and align efforts to meet Customer and Business needs / stay current with customer needs and strategies.
- Ensure solutions support the organisations’ business goals/strategy and aligns with IT strategy.
- Identify, create and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis.
- Create, review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and make recommendations related to proposed solutions.
- Critically analyse business / process requirements of the client and recommend a solution through review, negotiation and agreement.
- Interpret business requirements into technical requirements and interface/communicate recommendations into the IT team to enable technical specification and development.
What are the Requirements
- Qualified in business analysis methodologies and techniques, ideally project management practitioner accreditation.
- Significant, demonstrable experience of performing a Senior Business Analyst role in a variety of complex business environments with fully integrated systems, processes, etc.
- Experience of a variety of project methodologies, including waterfall and agile.
- Excellent analytical skills including complex data analysis – applying thinking, gathering and analysing information using various tools and techniques.
- Business process improvement techniques and business modelling.
- Critical thinking and problem solving.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
