If so then we want to speak with you….!We are looking for someone to join our team as an ‘Inventory Controller’: This position requires a driven individual with a strong business mindset to come in and manage the stores for our Ecopark Energy Recovery centre.
In return, we offer a salary range of £31,127 - £33,911, plus up to 3% Bonus (£1,017), Company Pension (3% ER), 20 Holiday Days + Bank Holiday, and benefits catalogue. We'll help you progress and develop yourself further and will support you with creating a development plan to achieve that.

What will I be doing?
As an Inventory Controller at our Energy Recovery Centre, your role is crucial in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will:
- Manage and oversee our stores inventory, ensuring spares and consumables are available when needed.
- Control, order, and issue stock to support the continuous operation of our equipment, ensuring spares are promptly booked-in and correctly requisitioned out of our CMMS system.
- Maintain accurate records using our inventory monitoring systems.
- Take responsibility for the financial management of inventory, ensuring cost-effective stock levels.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering team to support maintenance activities.
What are the requirements?
We're looking for someone who:
- Has an educational background in Business or Finance.
- Has knowledge, experience and understanding of supply chain processes within inventory control operations.
- Is IT literate, with experience in CMMS and raising orders being highly desirable.
- Is methodical and process-oriented, with the initiative to refine and improve inventory processes.
- Demonstrates strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Has a keen eye for detail and takes pride in their work, striving for continuous improvement.
