Are you an experienced and organised administration professional? Would you like to work for a company committed to creating a greener planet?

The hours for this role are 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 9.00 - 17.00 with 30 minute lunch break. The salary is £23,373 plus Company Bonus, Pension, 20 + 8 Holidays.

About the role

What will I be doing?

We'll look to you to provide comprehensive administration support:-

You'll be expected to promote good working practice and positive employee relations, by administering effective relationships internally / externally and within the wider business.

Assist in managing the communication throughout the site(s)
Data collation and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy for month end reporting.
Assist in month end reporting, working toward tight deadlines.
Minute taking
Identifying ways in which to improve current practices and procedures.
Support of the SPOPs (procurement / order processing) system, to include the management of ordering, payment and invoicing processes for goods and services.
Support of invoice query resolution.
Embody the company values and exhibit through daily interaction with your team.
Promote a safety conscious attitude towards work
Ensure timely and effective reporting of incidents and events, ensuring that effective protocols are put in place.
Overseeing of the facilities, maintenance of the main office, to also include on-line bookings of training and hot desks rooms and requirements.
Promoting wellness and sustainability within the office and updating action plans

What are the requirements?

You’ll have plenty of administrative experience, gained in a variety of settings, ideally backed up with a qualification in Business Administration.

This will mean you have:

Strong administration skills, including writing coherent reports.
IT proficiency, Excel experience is essential for the role, good numeracy skills and experience of dealing with vast amounts of data.
Great communication written and verbal and be a team player.
