About The Role

Role covers the cleaning requirements of the Transfer Station, Weighbridge and the Visitors Centre facilities 

Location: Knowsley

  • Salary £12.50 per hour
  • Working 15 hour per week
  • This is a job share with 2 shifts: Monday to Friday, 3 hours per day, hours to be agreed at interview.
  • Start times: 08:00am - 11:00am and 15:00pm - 18:00pm

 

About the role

What will I be doing?

  • General office cleaning duties, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors.
  • Cleaning of desks, and all surfaces around the welfare block, cleaning the toilets and floors and basins.
  • Cleaning shared spaces such as  the kitchen, loading and unloading dishwasher, washings mugs, emptying bins.

What are the requirements?

  • You must have a good eye for detail and a sense of satisfaction from seeing a good job complete.
  • Cleaning experience would be ideal to hit the floor running.
  • A reasonable understanding of your own health, safety and welfare and that of other people who may be affected by your actions.
