- Are you currently working in the Power Generation, Chemical Production or similar Heavy Engineering & Manufacturing sectors?
- With innovation and new technology, we can create a greener future. But we can’t do it alone – which is why we need your help. Be part of a team that’s building new solutions for our planet.

What will I be doing?
As a Mechanical Engineer (Internally the role is called Technical Plant Engineer) within the Energy Recovery & Processing Division, you'll be part of a vital & integral team, ensuring our sites operate at maximum efficiency. From processing resource into reusable materials to generating energy from landfill, you’ll provide critical mechanical technical support across our plants. This includes enhancing operational efficiency, supporting a variety of innovative waste-to-resource processes, and ensuring we meet and exceed industry standards. And let's be honest, who doesn't want to save the planet while getting paid for it? Your responsibilities will span mechanical engineering repairs, outage plans/fixes, project engineering with some project management, hands-on commissioning and breakdown support.
As this role does require field-based work across the UK, The Mechanical Engineer position allows for the option of being based at any of our energy recovery facilities across the UK.
What Experience/Background is required?

- A good positive attitude & willingness to learn & the right attitude to work in both a very friendly & fun team

Desirable skills:
