What will I be doing?
This is your chance to support and guide the activities at our sites that help manage the recycling and recovery of waste collected across the area.
Under your guidance and leadership, the sites will run like clockwork, with you supporting the management of the daily activities for both operations and our teams performing at their very best.
To succeed, you’ll need to monitor budgets; maximise revenue; see that machinery’s maintained; and make sure that safety and compliance are paramount.
Much depends on your ability to establish a best practice mentality where people are motivated and excellence is the goal, in everything from customer service to profitability. What are the requirements?
