Salary/Hours

  • This is a Permanent Job Share role, offering Part Time hours 12:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday inclusive
  • Please note you will be required to be onsite 5 days a week and there is free parking or the offices are adjacent to Worle train station.

  • Salary to £24,932 (pro-rata to hours worked) + 3% bonus (pro-rata in line with actual work hours)  + Pension + Staff Discount Scheme + full personal & career development and on the job training

About the role

As a Billing Administrator at SUEZ recycling and recovery UK, you’ll be contributing to an ever growing established recycling and recovery company that’s helping customers reduce their impact on the environment, conserve natural resources and reduce landfill.

What will I be doing?

  • We are looking for an enthusiastic administrator to join the team working on the sales invoicing and month end process for the billing team.
  • Adhering to the monthly deadlines responsibilities include a varied host of administrative tasks, such as monitoring invoice runs, processing work requests for our many varied client accounts. 
  • Managing your own workload, you will be ensuring all invoices are processed and sent to clients in a way that suits them. This involves communicating with both the customer and our internal account managers on a regular basis both verbally and via email.

What are the requirements? 

  • You will have strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel and Word. 
  • Being highly organised with excellent customer services skills are essential as well as being a team player and working from their own initiative.
  • Having previous experience dealing with invoices would be advantageous as well as working in a busy working environment.
