What will I be doing as a Customer Relations Manager?
Across the country, there are some 40,000 organisations using SUEZ recycling and resource management services.
- Your challenge will be to develop and grow our customer portfolio, making sure existing clients are happy, new clients come on board and net margin improvement is achieved.
- You’ll report to the Regional Business Support Manager and tackle several key tasks: building strong, trusting relationships with customers; maintaining good links with our operational partners; and delivering P&L while encouraging business efficiency and compliance.
- We’ll also expect you to make sure any new customer is brought on board professionally, with new business implemented smoothly.
What are the requirements? (experience and qualifications)
- If you haven’t worked in the waste industry before, don’t worry. We’re more interested in your experience in customer service.
- We’re looking for a commercially sharp, computer-literate person who can negotiate effectively and manage service delivery levels, drawing on strong communication skills.
