Join our Energy Recovery Facility in Wilton 11, and make a difference as our Operations Manager!In return we offer a basic salary of £60,979- £71,528, plus Company Car/Allowance ( ~ £9,722), up 20% Bonus (~ £14,305), Health Care (extendable for a full family coverage), Company Pension (5%), Benefits Catalogue.
Total Package at the time of joining up to £95,555. - About the role

What will I be doing?
Reporting to the Plant Manager, you’ll direct day-to-day operations of Wilton 11 Energy Recovery Centre including rail movements, making sure the facility runs smoothly. It’s a case of making sure that we comply with environmental laws, regulatory standards and legislative directives, while managing staff, monitoring performance and keeping an eye on finances and managing budgets. At the same time, you’ll look for ways to improve the way we work, develop safe, efficient working practices and plan any other activities that may be required.
What are the requirements?
Having worked in the process industry before, you’ll already have a good idea of what operations management involves. You also know about environmental legislation and standard IT software. Underpinning all this will be an HNC (or equivalent experience) in Mechanical/Electrical/Process Engineering.
