As an Apprentice Business Administrator at SUEZ, Recycling and Recovery UK, you’ll support the business in several areas, including customer services and maintenance. You will also perform general administration duties.
 
Our Business Administration Apprenticeship roles are offering the candidate a great opportunity to learn and develop with SUEZ as a company.
 
About The Role
 

  • You will be based at our Maidstone Depot, Parkwood Industrial Estate, Bircholt Road, Maidstone, Kent, ME15 9XY
  • You will be earning a salary of £24,087, plus up to 3% bonus and SUEZ Benefits.
  • You will be working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm however working times can be discussed. (Occasional weekend work may be required).
About the role

What are the requirements/qualifications?

  • Ideally you will be able to use IT databases and Microsoft Office to an intermediate level.
  • Preferably you will have achieved GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or 4 
  • You will require a driving license due to travel between sites.
  • You will be working in a public facing role and therefore will require excellent communication and listening skills.
  • You will need to be able to work well in a team but can also be able to work well on your own.

What will I be doing?

  •  You will be supporting our Partnership and Community Engagement Coordinator to oversee the delivery of our social value commitments.
  • You will be attending meetings with internal and external stakeholders both face to face and online.
  • You will be attending public events such as school workshops, community events etc.
  • You will be required to monitor and track data around our social value commitments to provide to external and internal stakeholders.
  • You will be responsible for team admin requirements - planning events, holding events, liaising with local organisations, purchase orders and general administration.
