About the role

What will I be doing?

  • Leading a team of five to coordinate a wide range of Learning & Development (L&D) activities and training courses including behavioural and health and safety training.
  • Overseeing and delivering key projects focused on our Learning Management System and continuous improvement of our internal processes.
  • Collaborating across departments to ensure smooth operations and timely communication.

Working hours are 09:00 - 17:30, however we can be flexible on both start and finish times.
We offer a hybrid working pattern of a minimum of 3 days in the office.

 

What will I need?

  • Strong administrative experience and excellent organisational skills.
  • Confident communicator with experience engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Comfortable handling data and producing accurate, actionable reports.
  • A good grasp of basic financial processes.
  • A collaborative, inclusive approach and a passion for delivering high-quality support.
  • A knowledge of Learning Management Systems or similar databases is preferred.
