Package
Salary of £46,500 +10% Shift Allowance (£4,650)
Plus up to 10% Bonus, Pension (5% annual contributions), 25 Holiday days + Banking Holiday, Sick pay, Corporate Benefits catalogue focusing on various Discount Schemes, and Employee Wellbeing.
This is Shift Work in a 3 week rotation, this role is Monday - Friday with no on call.
Week 1: 06:00 - 14:00Week 2: 14:00 - 22:00
Week 3: 22:00 - 06:00

- About the role

What will I be doing as a Maintenance Technician?
You’ll use your skills to maintain electrical and diagnostic equipment, making sure health and safety is the priority. To ensure maximum availability of equipment you will run a preventative maintenance and cleaning program whilst ensuring that best practice is applied.
What are the requirements?
- You will need a BTEC level 3, ONC/NVQ (or equivalent) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- A Health & Safety qualification (e.g. IOSH/NEBOSH) is desirable but not essential.
- You have worked in a maintenance role in a similar operation and dealt with continuous production. You will have a deep understanding of equipment such as motors and conveyor systems and experience with welding and hydraulics.
- No minimum years experience, we are looking for hardworking and team focused individuals
- You need to be comfortable working under pressure and quick to respond to breakdowns.
- You will be maintaining accurate records and resolving queries whenever required.
