Process Engineer

Do you have experience in the Process Industry? Can you apply your skills to optimise the efficiency of our Solid Recovery Fuel Facility in Rugby?

SUEZ are looking for a Process Engineer to provide general technical and specialist support, and improve the operational efficiency of our Alternative Fuel Facility. 

The salary for this role is £42,707- £45,000, additional benefits such as company car or car allowance (up to £7,500 per annum), 10% annual bonus, 3x life assurance policy, 5% employer pension, 25 days holiday (plus 8 bank holidays)

Monday - Friday, hours are flexible can be 8am - 4pm, or 9am - 5pm. No on call. 

About the role

What will I be doing as a Process Engineer?

To make sure our Solid Recovery Fuel facility performs at its best, we need you and your talents. As a Process Engineer, you’ll be responsible for carrying out process analysis and operational tasks that helps optimise the performance of the SRF facility. You’ll also provide operational, technical and specialist support for all process operations, under the direction of the Plant Manager. With your help, the plant will perform better with lower costs and improved efficiency.
 

What are the requirements? (Experience and qualifications)

Your expertise will be based on a degree (or HND plus experience) in an Engineering discipline.
As an experienced Engineer, you’ll have worked in a process industry with knowledge of mechanical process.
Experience using SCADA-type data systems this is useful but not required.
You will be confident working with MS software, and Distributed Control Systems (DCS).
Good understanding of LEAN principals is desirable.
