About the role

  • You will be based at our Cawleys Depot, Nielson Road, Wellingborough, Northants, NN8 4BZ
  • You will be working 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm, however start and finish times can be discussed at interview.
  • You will be earning £24,932 per annum.

About the role

What will I be doing?

In this Business Administration role, you’ll help ensure the smooth running of our general, contract at our hazardous services depot. You’ll play an important part in keeping our operations efficient, well‑coordinated and aligned with our organisational values.

You will help maintain positive working relationships across the site and wider business, supporting a culture where everyone feels valued, respected and able to contribute.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Promoting a safety‑first mindset, ensuring incidents and events are reported promptly and that effective processes are in place.
  • Providing day‑to‑day guidance to support consistent methods, processes and clear instruction across the business.
  • Implementing standardised systems of work to improve efficiency and accuracy within administrative activities.
  • Supporting our COUPA procurement system, including order processing, invoicing, payment workflows and resolving invoice queries.

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to contribute to a responsible, sustainability‑focused organisation while developing strong administrative and business operations experience.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
  • IT proficiency, including the MS Office suite, with good numeracy and confidence handling data and figures.
  • Clear and inclusive communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across teams.
  • A collaborative approach and a willingness to contribute to a growing, forward‑thinking team.
