Location: Southend (office based 3 x per week)
Salary: £37,135 - £43,561
Benefits: up to 10% annual bonus, 5% employer pension, 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays.

What will I be doing as a Community Liaison Manager?
Waste is a valuable resource. You’ll help our community understand and support this idea by creating a programme to raise awareness. It means building relationships with stakeholders, schools, colleges and community groups; organising Community Liaison Group meetings; creating collateral for different channels; and organising events that support local and national initiatives.
What are the requirements? (experience and qualifications)
- Qualifications in communications and PR or experience in the environmental sector are desirable.
- You’ll have strong communication and interpersonal skills and be able to engage with all kinds of groups, organisations and individuals using a range of channels.
- You’ll use the same strong communication skills to build and lead teams to ensure they achieve their goals. You need to be organised with attention to detail and able to see ideas through to fruition.
