Customer Relations Executive
(Part of the DCW business)
As a Customer Relations Executive, you’ll be responsible for developing and growing a portfolio of customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, strong retention, and continuous improvement in net margin. Reporting to a Customer Relations Manager, you’ll work closely with customers and internal operational teams to deliver outstanding service.Location: Exeter - Greendale Business Park (office based)
Salary: £32,291 – £41,172 per annum
Benefits: Company Car or Car Allowance, Annual Bonus up to 10%, 5 % Employer Pension Scheme
Hours: 37.5 hours per week Full time

What you’ll be doing
- Managing and developing an existing customer portfolio while supporting the onboarding of new customers
- Building strong, trusted relationships with customers and maintaining effective links with operational partners
- Focusing on customer retention and actively managing churn levels
- Ensuring new customers are onboarded professionally, with smooth and effective implementation
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and commercial performance
- Acting as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and positively
What we’re looking for
- Experience in customer service, account management, or a customer-facing role
- You will have experience in customer retention
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident negotiator with a customer-focused mindset
- Strong IT and computer literacy
- A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple customer relationships
